If what we were told is accurate, that makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever...from a profitable business sense to that of creating additional crowd noise. The Chiefs organization knows the importance of crowd noise & encourage such in various aspects, including asking for it on the big screens.

I could be wrong, but I doubt Clark likes all those empty seats either, from a crowd noise aspect to how it appears on TV...far from appearing as a sold out stadium! I know last season they moved people from upper to lower to make it appear on camera that the stadium was more full than it was...so appearances must be important! It's more than likely not possible to make a change this year, as whatever policy in place is what people were told they were getting when buying those club seats.

I look for changes to be made of which will put people in those club level seats next season! Possibly they can offer Club Level ST holders an option, but require them to choose inside or outside seating at least a week or two prior to a game date. Seats of those choosing indoor then released for sale to the general public.

As far as how loud it was...we were in upper level the 49er's game, so maybe it sounded louder down below? I didn't think the 49er's game was as loud as MNF was, but at MNF I was in lower level. Also, Tammie & I sat in 3 various upper level areas...as there were empty seats, or no shows...so we moved around some. In each area I noticed many who weren't making noise at all, appeared to be emotionless zombies. Some not making noise were wearing Chiefs gear, but some were wearing normal clothes.

I simply can't for the life of me comprehend how any one can be a Chiefs fan, go to a game and sit lifeless. Heck, I noticed several not even moving when we scored! WEIRD!! Totally WEIRD!!
It was loud where I was. I was right in the middle of Dan, Vern, Mike, Nate, Ryan and all their buddies. I dont think we stopped yelling the whole game (except when the offense was out)

Tammie & I didn't stop either! I was hoarse and had broken blood vessels in my fingers from beatin on seats aftert he game...as it should be, haha. :)

Also, there was a fellow Chiefs fan nearby, likely in his 20's. He was happy dancing, making noise just as Tammie & I were, no different...just a happy go lucky fan doing his part. Well, there was a row of 49er's fans right in front of us...needless to say they were indeed motionless & quiet. I noticed a few times a couple of them giving me the eye for beating on my seat, hollering "make some noise y'all, make some noise".

Inbetween plays in the 4th Quarter, at one point the Chiefs aired an ad on the big screens with a Chiefs Cheerleader giving info on how to text a report if you were having a problem with a fan, or if wanting to report a fan causing trouble, whatever. Within a play or two of that ad, the Chiefs scored again...in frustration the 49er fans in front of us left. Within moments later...here comes security! Someone reported the Chiefs fan I mentioned above who was sitting near us...as being a problem, out of control.

It doesn't take me long to put 2+2 together and = 4!! I admit I wasn't watching the Chiefs fan in question the entire time, BUT I watched and interacted with him enough to know he was NOT creating any problem, obscene, nor acting any differently than Tammie & I were in support of our Chiefs as a 12th man factor, and celebrating with happy dancing when we scored!

Security motioned for him to walk over to them, and then indicated they were going to make him leave! He motioned for his girlfriend get her purse and walk over to him & security, and it was obvious they were going to escort them somewhere! This young man was as polite and as cooperative with security as he could be, no problem from him at all.

Well, I'm not one to just sit back and watch what I believe to be injustice take place. When it became apparent to me they were going to make the couple leave, I then spoke up & told security as politely as possible in elevated voice so they could hear...that I felt the 49er fans had unjustly accused the man because they were pissed their team was losing. The timing of it all was too coincidental. I told them he didn't do anything I didn't do, nor was guilty of, and those fans eyeballed me a few times too! Well, then a few other nearby fans spoke up and defended him the same.

Security made a few comments to me saying they were sorry, but when receiving a report had no choice but to assume it was accurate. Well...BULLS*T!! I told them if that be the case that any time a sore loser wanted to retailiate it made us INNOCENT Chiefs fans vulnerable. I told them they needed to consider the eye witness accounts of other fans in the area, not just assume every report was honest & accurate!!

WHEW!! Well, they let him be, told him & his girlfriend they could stay, finish the game...and that is how it should've went down...respectively!

Seriously y'all...this type of unfair wrongful accusation by sore losing fans is going to be a future problem for us Chiefs fans...mark my word, it will be a problem!
