Chiefs Release WR Jeremy Horne, Promote Verran Tucker from PS

Details are on kcchiefs.com. Kinda surprised by this move, I know he looked decent in preseason. My hope is that they saw something out of this Tucker kid!

This one does surprise me. I thought that Horne had a chance to be a good reciver. I would not be shocked if we brought him back on the PS at all.

I don't like this move too much. But Haley and Pioli are the professionals, they know what they're doing.

I liked Horne but what did he really do in preseason that you liked. He caught one ball for a td. That was about it.

O did hope he coils stretch the field for us. But he didn't play special teams.

I spent two days at camp this summer and Verran Tucker looked pretty good. He was getting seperation on the deep routes. Just maybe they are looking to strect the field more.
