Kansas City coach Todd Haley has apologized for refusing to shake hands with Denver coach Josh McDaniels after the Chiefs' blowout loss on Sunday. Haley, who's done a good job of holding his temper in check this season, declined Monday to say why he was upset after the 49-29 loss. Haley says he probably let the emotions of the situation get to him, adding, "And I apologize.

I think with the way we lost yesterday we need the pissed off Haley that we saw at times yesterday. This team needs a good chewing out hopefully they got a dose of that to.
