Meh, much ado about nothin. If the fact that Crennel as the defensive coordinator doesn't attract top notch defensive players then the issue goes much deeper then some snide comment from Gunther Cunningham.

that comment is not the reason for the charge, i'm sure there is more to it and it will all come out in time. the press was just looking for anything and saw the gunther/CHIEFS link so it makes good fodder. now the gun may have something to do with interest in a particular player but who knows??

From what I'm hearing, there had to be contact between Page or his brother/agent and a member of the Lions. It had to be something serious or I doubt Pioli would file the charge.

Oh I bet there is something tied to Page. His Brother as an aget seemed to be way over his head in talks about his contract. About the only thing he did right was signed his RFA just before cut downs to force either a trade or to cut Page. I would bet that his brother mistakenly said something to the Chiefs.
