Is it possible in anyway for the chiefs to get a bye? I am not the best at this kind of stuff. I know we should get to play one at home as long as we take care of our end of the deal and win the rest of our games.

Don't want to include coaches?

i understand hes having a good year, but Rivers has consistantly put up gaudy numbers 3-4 years in a row, when cassel does that then well compare, but cassel was a career back up and youre saying Rivers is slightly better?
at least be realistic.
Rivers is definitely a great QB. Unpopular around here, that's for sure. But undoubtedly a great player at his position.
But it is nothing short of foolish to think that he is "out of Cassel's league".
Have a look at the situations that they have been in.
Cassel was a "career backup" who was forced into a starting role at New England, and did an amazing job. Only to accept the starting job for a team that was ubnfriendly to QBs as any around. To which he has, within less than two seasons, performed at a level that is comparable to any QB in The NFL.
Rivers, on the other hand, was given the keys to a Roll Royce, and has driven it very well.
Cassel has driven a Ferrari and a jalopy, both very well. Even making the jalopy drive like a Cadillac.
If you can't see Cassel as a great QB, to this point, then you aren't just being biased, but foolish.

I would also add to that if Rivers were to go to anther team that was completely changing what they do with there offense he is not going to look as good as he does now. Any QB will struggle when they are put in the spot that Cassel was a year ago.
