Chiefs lift the blackout

heard this on the news a short time ago.

The Chiefs said late Thursday that Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans at Arrowhead Stadium will be televised locally on Channels 5 and 13.

Plenty of tickets still remain for the game and can be purchased at Ticketmaster outlets, Arrowhead Stadium and at kcchiefs.com

That means either the Chiefs and likely a combination of major sponsors, including Channel 5 will cover the cost of the unsold, non-premium tickets.
