    Default My birthday

Okay, so I'm taking at leat four days off for my birthday in November. How many of you are near KC, and could get together sometime between 11/15 (my actual bday) and 11/18? I believe I already have plans for that Saturday and Sunday, but I would love to mee some of you all. Anyone free that Thursday evening or Friday?

    I know it's advanced notice, but I'm a planner.
    Everything happens for a reason.

It would be great to get that monkey off our back. I love my Cubbies and might lose my mind if they can make this "Next year".

I have been hearing "next year" from my Dad for over 25 years. He's all mad cause my Great-Grandpa was a Sox fan and got me started on them and ever since they won it all my Dad has been Cubbie this Cubbie that. I just want them to win so he can finally hush it.

This is the Cubs' last chance to avoid the 100 year mark. I think 99 is enough.

I heard that the D-backs were flying in a special guest for the Cubs series

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

As a Giants fan I essentially understand 31's pain...my team has also made it close at times only to break my heart...they also haven't won in my lifetime, and they also usually suck a$$ during the year...but at least we're done with Barroid Bonds.

For the record: I am from KC, just transplanted. I am a Royals fan. I went to a World Series game last year here in STL and wore my Priest Holmes jersey because it was the only RED I had.
You can only have one favorite team. There are no "second favorites".
