The Kansas City Star reports Kansas City Chiefs' quarterback Matt Cassel may be organizing team practices in the area even if the team gets locked out of their facilities March 4. Cassel and key players may continue their spring workouts on their own without a formal facility. The Chiefs held training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph in 2010. With a looming NFL lockout, all facilities owned by the team will be unavailable to players.
