storyPittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu was fined $10,000 for using a cell phone on the sideline during Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had to leave the game due to concussion-like symptoms and according to coach Mike Tomlin (per the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review), he borrowed a cell phone from a doctor to inform his wife, Theodora, that he was okay.
