Wow. The O-line has been a source of most of the Chiefs' problems...and the backups get fired? I find it hard to believe the false start (one false start ?!?) was the reason.

It's not like players don't get waived and added to and from the practice squad throughout the season.
it is actually a quite common practice. I think that Anthony Betch has been waived and signed like 5 or 6 times this season haha. It's just that Gaither has the name to warrant talk about him getting demoted. If he clears waivers, I bet we find him back on our practice squad. Maybe just sending a message to him, and they aren't too worried if he goes elsewhere.
Maybe Mims is making strides (maybe he is our answer at RT next season?) we never know....
