according to nfl.com the CHIEFS are interested in Winston [yea], Hillis, Tolbert, Carlson...which we knew, but NOT interested in Grubbs, or Jamaal Jackson. so it looks as though we are not going after a center or guard. That would mean [if we get Winston] Decastro would probably be our pick....or maybe Powe if he is there...or maybe someone else....on second thought i guess this news doesn't really help much.

Well, well!! Carr to the Cowboys isn't a done deal. He's left without a contract.

Edit: Aww damn. That was via Nick Wright over twitter, now I have to say that I doubt that Carr has left.

Carlson has signed with the Vikings

and I think you are talking about Dontari POE? who is a top NT prospect in this years draft.

we currently have Jerrell POWE on our roster and he too is a NT we drafted last year in the 6th round.

    Then this comes along!
"The Cowboys are close to a deal with Brandon Carr. Stay tuned.
Carr's contract is expected to be bigger than the five-year, $50 million deal that Cortland Finnegan signed with the Rams."
    Twitter / Charean Willliams (Star-Telegram)
    Whoa.

And now it's official per Schefter:

    Whoa.
I think It will be another day or two before Carr signs a deal. There is a lot of interest in him and the price should continue to go up.

He just signed with the Cowgirls for 5 years, 50.1 million. Wright is wrong and now all is right with the world. I swear, how does that dude have a job?
