Now that the draft is complete, I thought it would be good to have a thread to keep track of all our undrafted free agent signings.
Now that the draft is complete, I thought it would be good to have a thread to keep track of all our undrafted free agent signings.
So far, the Chiefs have signed 7 undrafted free agents:
Nate Eachus, RB, Colgate
Josh Bellamy, WR Louisville
Brandon Kinnie, WR Nebraska
Ethan Johnson, DE, Notre Dame
Neiko Thorpe, S, Auburn
Dexter Heyman, LB, Louisville
Cam Holland, OC, UNC
Do you think any of these guys will stick, or are they just training camp bodies?

This space is reserved for something that has nothing whatsoever to do with MatthewsChiefs. (Whoever THAT is!)
I have hope for Thorpe. He put up great pro day numbers.
i hope it doesn't mean anything but on nfl.com they posted the top 50 rated undrafted players after the draft and we did not sign any of them

03/08/12 - The final chapter for the 2011 University of Louisville football team was written on Wednesday when the Cardinals conducted Pro Day on the Louisville campus. Approximately 16 National Football League and Canadian Football League teams scouted the senior class, conducting vertical and broad jumps, bench press, 40-yard dash, pro shuttle and 3-cone drills before breaking up to do position work. The buzz centered around wide receiver Josh Bellamy, who had a solid workout. He posted one of the best times of the afternoon, when he ran a 4.42 in the 40-yard dash and looked solid running routes with former Cardinal quarterback, Brian Brohm, throwing to the wide receivers and tight end. Bellamy also worked out at cornerback for the professional scouts.
if we are looking at this kid as a DB that would be 5 FA's we signed for the secondary after the draft
