Signed Abram Elam. Good Vet for OTA's and a little backup insurance, maybe??? What do you all think?

From what I've read, he is a training camp body. Nothing more than depth at the safety spot even if he were to make the team. I haven't seen him play, but I already like him better than Piscatelli.
