Why not? Everything on the site is good. ArrowCash is fluff, but if you don't like, you don't gamble so it doesn't hurt or distract anyone.
I agree with HH - not a lottery. A betting thread where the winners split the rent money sounds cool. Something like "total points scored in a week in the NFL". :-)
