There is a group of fans on another forum who have taken a collection up to rent a banner plane for Sundays game.
Will it do any good? No.
I have to give them a little credit for at least trying to show their discontent.

The Chiefs have a flying event planned for this Sunday's game also. It's been planned for a while now. This Sunday's game marks the beginning of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Chiefs franchise & team has traditionally made many contributions towards supporting the month of October & BCA. They will be honoring survivor's during the game also. The flyover event will be a historical one this year, as announced by the Chiefs below;
From the Chiefs regarding this Sundays game against the Ravens: "Special Flyover; Arrive early for the National Anthem to witness one of the largest flyovers in Arrowhead history! 19 Civilian Cessnas will travel over Arrowhead trailed by pink smoke in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month."
Personally, I find it very disrespectful that a group of purely self absorbed fans...will be attempting such a worthless distraction on this Sunday's game in particular, considering the recognition and honor related to Breast Cancer Awareness & survivor's. :(
I'm thankful however, they don't represent our entire fanbase.

The defense kept us the game against New Orleans and helped us win that game more then the offense did. They held there ground in the second half and shut down a dynamic offense preventing Brees from completing a single pass.
They did the same for us against the Chargers and our offense(Cassel) could not take advantage. Over thrown crucial passes and throwing an interception when we needed it the most.
Besides that. You do realize that our Head coach is calling our defensive plays. It doesn't all fall on our defensive players. Crappy defense=crappy head coach.
That's why I give them 6. They've played above average against the Saints and Chargers. Turnovers and and being on the field too long is what's killed our defense.
The same defense that launched us down by 20+ points, right?
They came around in the second half, as did the offense. And they have finally come 'round to where they are supposed to be.
But they were horrible in the first half of that game, just as they were in the other three of our first four games.
Please get your facts right.
The game was 10-6 until the 3rd quarter.
In the 3rd quarter
McCluster fumbled on a play he was hurt. Saints ball at KC 19 yard line. They scored a touchdown.
M.Cassel pass short left intended for S.Breaston INTERCEPTED by J.Greer at KC 35. J.Greer to KC 7 for 28 yards (B.Albert).
The defense gave up 26 yards and 14 points. The defense is not to blame there. Sorry.
NO 24, KC 6 at that point.
Horrible in the first half? Giving up 10 points to a team that averages 28 a game? Umm, I failing to see where they were horrible.
And if you're talking about the Chargers game...17 of San Diego's 27 first half points came off turnovers. The field goal was after a Cassel pick that the Chargers brought back to the KC 28. They scored a TD after Charles fumbled at the 5, and they brought a pick 6 back to the house.
Again the defense did not play horrible. They gave up 17 points and a whopping 27 yards.
No turnovers, we could be looking at a 10-6 game.

Soooo....here we are in the eye of the national media being compared to Raider fans and Philly fans. I guess flying banner around, booing players at charity events, "allegedly" cheering for an injured QB, leaving games early, booing the home team have all come back to haunt us. The attention we are getting right now makes Chiefs fans look like idiots and nothing has changed on the team.Way to make a difference.
The only reason a beer sweats around Canada is because he's decided it will be the next beer he drinks.
Maybe.... Just maybe, Raiders and Eagles fans get a bad rep from a small minority of fans who do things that produce the reputation.
I have known several Raiders and a few Eagles fans, and none were the type of people who would act like the reps of those fanbases.
Well... One Raiders fan probably would.
I can't comment on Eagle Fans, but from what I have experienced. Raider Fans have earned their reputation and to a point most of them feel they are obligated to act that way to uphold that reputation or feel like they have let their team down.
Other than the numerous Green Bay fans that acted like Arrowhead was Greenbay last year (which pleased me very much to see leaving very upset), there is no other fan base at Arrowhead that pissed me off more than Raider Fans.
