Default Sounds like the first shot of the fan revolution comes Sunday

There is a group of fans on another forum who have taken a collection up to rent a banner plane for Sundays game.

Will it do any good? No.

I have to give them a little credit for at least trying to show their discontent.

What if-IF- the Chiefs are putting a beat down on the Ravens(with Matt at the helm) and this plane comes buzzing by the stadium? Will someone be able to wave/call it off?

I'm no FAA expert but I think all air traffic over the complex like that has to stop at 11am.

This actually made me laugh. A playoff team, in a legit conference, no 8-8 sneak ins, is going to come in to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday and manhandle the Chiefs just like they did the last time they came here in the playoffs.

Have you watched the games or are you just focused on Cassel. Wait I get it, It is Cassels fault the Chiefs Defense gave up a opening drive TD against the Chargers before Cassel even saw the field. The team completely hates Cassel and is quiting before they hit the field.

Seriously people! If you want to blame one single person, start with the Coach for not getting this team to play to their potential. Why do we have to be down by 17 points before the Defense shows Life. Right it is Cassel.

I know it is Cassel Fault that Eric Winston lined up wrong, then got smoked the following play as he complained to the ref. I mean Cassel held the ball too long right...

It is embarassing and I am sick of excuses. We all love the team but there is a point where they have to get their heads out of there butts and play. They haven't even lead a game! The problems run deeper than Cassel, even though he sucks. The defense looked like the were escorts for the receivers in Atlanta. They are not in the right position to make plays and sometimes it seems like they are just earning paychecks. How long was Romeo going to let Berry get burned? The team has no leader, including the coach. I will never turn my back on them but I am not as excited as I used to be. I don't want Pioli to waste our draft picks again either, he needs to go back to getting Belichick his coffee and stop hurting the team.

Look, Crennel has nothing to do with Cassel's s*** throws. Is he the only problem, of course not. But you have to start somewhere and shake things up. And he is the leader (like all qbs are) and should be first put under the microscope. If you think Cassel's play is good and he
isn't a problem, you are dellusional. So the defense putting Cassel down by 7 is considered an uphill climb for cassel? Wow, he IS a weak quarterback, then!

    ^^THIS!!

It's time for Mr. Potato Head to go. He has proven to be nothing more than a stubborn pig-headed fool as evidenced by passing on DeCastro and taking Poe. At least DeCastro was looking like a good player prior to getting hurt & nobody knows for certain that DeCastro would have been an injury casualty had he come to KC.

It baffles me that Pioli is willing to reach for project D-Lineman with his top pick, but steadfastly refuses to draft O-Lineman that have been good football players in college, like DeCastro.

What Pioli fails to understand is that O-Lineman drafted in round 1 are good choices in KC. History has proven this. Since the common draft in 1967, when the Chiefs have taken an O-Lineman in round 1, they have gone to the playoffs at least once with that player on their roster, with the only exception being Victor Riley in 1998.

I'm not saying the Chiefs should go O-Line in round 1 in 2013. The franchise QB is the number 1 priority & I believe that WV QB Geno Smith is the guy they have to try and take. But, I don't have faith in Pioli to make the right decision & try and take Smith or make a reasonable trade with Washington for a promising looking youngster in Kirk Cousins.

IMHO, the Chiefs should be targeting either Smith or Cousins to bring in as their new starting QB in this coming off-season, but it probably won't happen with Pioli still being the GM.

It did me too. But this is exactly the type of game the Chiefs win. They win the ones they have no business winning, lose the rest. I hoping beyond hope that they show up for this game, and be the team I thought they would be after that first pre season game.

Just out of curiosity...why do you even watch the games? You KNOW they are going to lose. Is it just so you can come in here and call out fans who do support the team?

Yes I've watched the games. Here are my rankings between 1-10. 10 being best.

    Defensive Line-6
    Offensive Line-6
    Secondary-6
Running Backs-8 (9 without the fumbles)
Receivers-6 (Due to crappy QB overthrown passes)
    Quarterback-3
    Coaching-3
    General Manager-1

With that said Yes I will call for Matt Cassels head first since we're stuck with the other two for now. (Crennel/Pioli)
