Not quite. I'd keep the Defensive staff. But the HC and the Offensive staff can take a hike.

Not to mention the 3rd and 4 QB draw that's just the story of our season

With the exception of that draw play which was offset by an offsides penalty so it didn't even count and the end of half run, I think the playcalling has been pretty good so far.
