Bruce Arians?

He has done a great job filling in as there coach this year. Would anyone else want to look at him as Romeo's replacement? I think he would be worth a look myself. We will most likly have a rookie QB next year and he has done a good job with there rookie. I think it would be a good move to give him a look.

Nice thought. Did polian bring him in to Indy???? Could be a sign of things to come if that is so?

no polian didn't bring him in. he's part of the new regime.

I would be good with bringing him in for a look.

Another coach i want to bring in for a look is Dirk Koetter the OC for atlanta. Atlanta is clicking on all cylinders on offense and dirk is a main reason the BSU program up here in idaho has had so much success. He started the build and got BSU in the right direction and coach pete has just kept it going. I really really really want him to be brought in for HC candidate here.

Decosta from baltimore/Lombardi are my candidates for GM

Koetter/Gruden/Cowher/Reid/Arians i would be ok with any of those as HC
