Pioli isnt the coach. Don't be shocked if Pioli is left in place and Crennel is shown the door. The GM position entails a lot of responsibilities, but coaching isn't one of them.
This team clearly has talent, we have 7 players headed to the Pro Bowl if you include the alternates. If Pioli is fired, it won't be because of the product you see on the field. It will be because everyone within the organization wants him to gone, aka not a good cultural fit.
