This is a mistake imo. Pioli brought Cassel and Haley here - the 2 biggest decisions a gm can make and he screwed the pooch on both of them. Pioli should be fired after a 2-14 season in his 4th year.

reports are saying that clark is personally doing the HC hunt, and leaving the say to the HC if they want to take personnel control and have pioli manage the storage closet costs, or if they cannot work with pioli they will replace pioli with the HC's interaction and opinions along with clark

Pioli seems to be out of any decision-making and is not addressing the media. He has not negotiated any contracts for any player or coach this season that I know of. He may not of hung himself just yet, but he's at the end of his rope.
