Default this is all being handled poorley

this is turning into a joke. what is clark thinking. at first midway through the season pioli was assumed to be getting an extension. then clark after firing crennell is supposedly evaluating the whole football operations side of the team. and we all asumed pioli was on his way out(wishfull thinking). now espn reports andy reid did his interview with MULTIPLE people involved including pioli. i just dont see any good coming out of playing pioli like a puppet. like or dislike pioli's moves this is all starting to make clark look like an incompetant idiot.

I think he was talking to the thread originator at least I would have. Here it is 3 days after the coach was fired, none of the other 6 teams that need a coach have hired one already why must we get it done in 2 days?

    I agree with you

Clark has done a great job so far IMO. Even though I'm not 100% with the choice

Clark said Monday the new coach would have a say in if Pioli stays or goes well I don't know about you but I would want that coach to make an informed choice how could he do that without at some point talking to Pioli. And If there's going to be a change at GM Hunt would want to know asap so he can get to work on a new GM. So the meeting between Coach and Pioli should've happened asap. That's what happened A+ there

In less then 3 days really Clark went out and got a coach who has been to the playoffs a lot and won a alot of playoff games with many different teams and QBs. I'm not 100% behind Reid's hireing should it come to happen instead of just being reported based on the recent years in Philly but There may be somethings I don't no so I'm giving it a change. And really what choice do I have in it? But so far in my book Clark gets an A+ this week

I'm sorry, but I've gotta hand it to Clark Hunt. This guy doesn't eff around. He went out and got Pioli done when everyone believed he was the next G.M. demi god and now he's gone out and put Andy Reid on lock down IN Philly with 7 top brass reps... I think this guy means business.

With all the ties to Philly and KC that Vermeil has, you HAVE to believe he was a BIG player in getting Hunt and Reid together.

Not Remotely! It was my response to the blog. I completely agree with you on Get'er Done quick! and looks like he did. Now let's celebrate.

I've been thinking a lot about it (as have we all) and I really do like the pick of Reid, and how this is all going down. He'll pick the GM that he can work with. He brings a proven system. He's had a lot of success and just needed a fresh start. I'm on-baord.

I'm with you! I think we got the very best available coach who would consider coming to KC. In this offense-happy NFL I especially like the DV connection.
