Agreed. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Right now we have a great batch of linebackers why do something that would screw the chemistry of that up?

Right on. Maybe over time they transition to a 4-3 as they bring in players to better fit that scheme. We saw how Pigoli insisted on the instant switch to the 3-4, paying no heed to how it might effect Glenn Dorsey who was drafted by Carl/Herm as a 4-3 DT and while Dorsey did OK in the 3-4, it's not his cup of tea, and I think he would fare a lot better as a 4-3 DT.
