I was glad to hear that Reid is open to keeping a 3-4 and sees the value in not changing.
Right on. Maybe over time they transition to a 4-3 as they bring in players to better fit that scheme. We saw how Pigoli insisted on the instant switch to the 3-4, paying no heed to how it might effect Glenn Dorsey who was drafted by Carl/Herm as a 4-3 DT and while Dorsey did OK in the 3-4, it's not his cup of tea, and I think he would fare a lot better as a 4-3 DT.
