no, my point was that i have watched most of these QBs in games, Geno Smith in particular i watched four of his games, one he was stellar, another he was pretty good and two he looked flat. so i don't have any faith in highlight reels since they don't tell the whole story. if anyone here are watching a QB for the first time and bases his opinion on thease highlights then i am just trying to suggest they watch an entire game or two. again Geno throws alot of flanker screens and under 5yd patterns that his receivers add on tons of YACs so his stats may not be a true representative of his skills. not saying he won't be a good NFL QB but you won't see that many 1yd throws go for 60yds. just sayin all may not be as it appears.

i just found something surprising to me, while one of geno's top receivers [austin] had over 900yds of his 1200+yds were YAC [as i expected], bailey only had 500yds of 1500+ yds were YAC...that is a positive in geno's corner

You making fun of me!Chiefster!
in my eyes yac yards are not a bad thing when it comes to a qb. does it inflate numbers abit yes. but it also means the qb knows how to hit a wr in stride. how many times did you watch mccluster running a slant only to have the ball thrown behind him and then being drilled buy the opposite team. yac yards would be a very welcome change in k.c next year
i'm not saying it is a bad thing, only that you will likely not see those types of #'s in the nfl. the defense's and the talent on them too good to allow alot of those flanker screens to go for 60yds. you will get the occasional one that breaks off a big gainer but for the most part they are in the 10 yd range if successful. again just trying to get everyone to consider the big picture. there is always more to it than what u see on highlight reels.
