Default How far do you think the Chiefs will go with Smith

    Poll forthcoming.

Personally I have no idea, but I saw a post similar to this on another site and thought it might be interesting.

I'd guess a wild card would be a reasonable expectation for Smith, but hard to see you guys winning the division this next year unless some other major roster changes are made.

The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

8-8, considering what we gave up anything less than a first round playoff win is a big disappointment. This move was a win now move. So come on Captain Checkdown, win now.

That's a good point. I had not given too much thought about just this year vs his career in KC. So, let's make it over his career here.

I think he may be good enough to do what we are best at. Finally make it to the playoffs just to lose the first game.
THAT quarterback is NOT a Pro Bowl quarterback. Never was and never will be.

Hopefully we'll surround him with the talent needed to get us further down the road.

I am not vote on this year but before he leaves whenever that is. I think it will take a year or two for the new management to get all the pieces together on the team.
