BTW, didn't the QB that replaced Alex Smith in SF, have worse red-zone effeciency and become the 1st 49er QB to LOSE a Super Bowl game ???
It's no sour grapes. I wish the Chiefs well.
We scored more touchdowns with Kaepernick. And, considering how many games he's started as well as being a second year player, his red-zone efficiency was fairly high.
Seriously, though. You'll be a lot happier with the season if you understand what you're getting in Alex Smith, and it will be a lot less frustrating to watch if you accept the reality of how he plays QB.
The best case scenario for the Chiefs would be to draft a solid WCO QB to learn behind Smith, which is what I assume Andy Reid will do.
Die hard 49ers fan! I have no ill-will towards the Chiefs, and would love to see you guys represent the AFC West in the playoffs. Beat the Raiders and Broncos!
