I was worried when he went to OAK. This guy was set to be one of the great ILBs EVER. Not sure what happened with this guy, but I for one would like to bring him in just to see what the hell is wrong with the guy.

His only problem is Oaklanditis! It happens a lot to players that go there and are not trouble makes or are normal they see the way the fans dress and are scared.

My initial thought was no, why risk bringing in another ex-raider (a la Routt) and risk screwing up the chemistry with the LB's...but given Belcher's absence, and letting Studebaker go, at least bring the guy in for a look.

In 2011, he had 77 tackles and 5 sacks. His problems are he's getting into trouble off the field. If he can clean up his act off the field & stay out of trouble and focus on football, then who knows? The thing with him is that he was a 3-4 ILB in college and a very good one. The Raiders run a 4-3, and he had to deal with 3 different HC's in 3 years. Would it really be so bad to give him a looksee, if he can get his act together, to see him try and team with DJ, Hali, and Houston? Talent-wise, he may be better than any ILB that they can draft & they would not have to give up anything to bring him in.

I'd like to give him a try. Say a very good incentative only, type of contract. One that is also based on and off the field. He certainly had huge expectations that he has not lived up to. He is very athletic and but his biggest problem is himself. He could make us a beter team.

I was hoping the Chiefs would take him that year. I hope he comes in.
