Over his first two seasons with the Chiefs, wide receiver Jon Baldwin has failed to live up to the potential that made him a first-round pick for the team in 2011. Baldwin has caught just 41 passes over his first two seasons and hopes that he would turn things around with a new coaching staff… Read more…

Until proven wrong, I personally don't believe this guy will ever get it together. Something just isn't right with him when Baldwin is out on the field on game day. The physical tools are there, but the gameday skills aren't.

Unfortunately, there were reports coming out of Chiefs camp that dropped passes were taking place at an alarming rate from all their receivers. This must be fixed, along with the blocking up front or else it's going to be another season of Offensive futility.

Judging by the Jenkins/Baldwin trade...Reid must've felt like he wasn't getting the message across. Bet some ears are perked up now.

I hadn't really noticed this when I went. Most of the passes though were going to the slot receiver, Dexter, and the running backs. The did try going to Baldwin a couple of times but he was covered like glue and he struggles holding the ball when wide open.
