I replied to this in coach's thread on the same subject, but I'll add one more thought. In the French Foreign Legion, this was called "Pour encourager les autres"......Translation...."to encourage the others". It was the practice of publicly shooting deserters to discourage others from deserting. If nothing else, this trade will show all our receivers that if you don't catch well thrown passes then their time is limited. These guys get paid big money to catch the football and if they don't do what they are paid for then they need to go down the road. I think this move will make our receivers focus just a bit more.
