This news coming the day the news of Bowe came out, think they're checking him out to move him on the team? Or are they moving whatever practice squad WR we currently have up to the team?

Regardless of what happens with Bowe, the Chiefs need help at WR. I don't know anything about Ross, but it sounds like he is really fast. The question is, "Can he catch the football?"
