OK, not to jump the gun here, but if he's officially diagnosed with concussion doesn't it amount to at least several weeks out with NFL's more stringent concussion rules?

Welker did get pounded hard during one play. He seemed to shrug it off, so I'm surprised to read this.
It's okay Wes. You didn't need that college degree or all those piano lessons anyway. Just stop calling your mom "Bob".
I don't wish injury on any player. But I hate this guy. I hated him when he was a patriot, and I hate him even more as a Donko. I hate his brash wise guy attitude and smirk. And yes I hate the fact that he is talented and sneaky on the field.
I always said that the biggest improvement this year for Denver is the addition of this guy as a toy for Peyton. Next to Peyton himself I consider Welker the most sneaky dangerous player they have. So if this injury puts him out to pasture for a few weeks I'm a happy camper. Especially with the fact that the said few weeks would include the game at Arrowhead.
Did I mention I hate Wes Welker?
