    Default Playing Pats, in New England, in sub-30 temps not good for Peyton

    So, I'll start with the weather. The forecast for Sunday in New England shows a mostly clear night, HOWEVER, also predicts sub-30 temperatures, and sub-20 real-feel.

    Peyton's stats for sub-30 temperature games are as follows;

    8 games (7 full games), Manning is 2-5 (.400)
    175-285 (61.4%), 1761 yards (6.2), 76.7 QB Rating

    If we extend the temp to sub-32, his rating drops to about 70.

    As for going up against Brady and the Patriots, Peyton is 4-9 vs Brady all-time, and 6-10 vs Bill Belichick all-time. Despite not being very good, those records aren't horrible either.

    But, when playing in New England it gets a whole lot worse. When playing in New England (including playoffs), Peyton is 2-9, throwing more interceptions than touchdowns, and has only one game without an INT.

    Look at this however you want, but combining the fact that Peyton is going into New England where he doesn't usually fair too well, and that it likely going to be well below freezing. This is looking to possibly be a good game.

    I hope Denver loses to the Pats, but we have to win the next two games regardless. If we both win or we both lose this weekend, then the winner of the game at Arrowhead will be one game ahead in the standings. Even if we win and the Donks lose, this weekend, we will go into Arrowhead 1 game ahead. A Chiefs loss there would tie us up again and Denver would have the tiebreaker by beating us twice. If we lose this weekend and The Donks win, we will go into Arrowhead one game back. If we win that one we will be tied again and division record and then conference record will determine the leader.

    So win or lose, this Sunday, Denver will have the upper hand the next week. We have to win both to be in control of the division.

    On the flip side, Denver (Pre-Manning) was very successful against NE in the recent past.

    Peyton wins..NFL wants us both of us 1 loss each for ratings!!!! Then they will make Denver beat US again even worse because our coordinators can't game plan fir chit or make a single game adjustment!!! Fact!@

    Think this will be a good game. Judging by what the Pats did & how they acted towards the Broncos when they beat them in the playoffs (that game when Tebow was QB) got a feeling there's some animosity there and things will flare up.

    Really would like New England to win this one. But if they thought they got a raw deal from the zebras Monday night it's going to be ever worse tomorrow night most likely

    Especially for Chandler Jones of NE. He can expect to get held quite a lot & it won't get called -- same as Hali last week.
