Notes: The NFL has reduced the amount of time to make each pick in the first round from 15 minutes to 10.
This year, the prospective draftees are permitted to select their own "Walk up" music. That should be interesting!

The Houston Texans are on the clock.

Wasted pick. 2 or 3 year clipboard holder that will be out of the league in 3 years. I'll bet on it being ZERO for 18 drafting QB's since 1970.

If I'm proven wrong, then I'll be the first to admit it. Until then, it's just a draft pick flushed down the drain and there were players on the board that could have helped them more.

I like Murray but we should have gone safety in my opinion, Dion Bailey would have been perfect.

I have to say I'm a bit surprised by most of the picks this year. I see their logic and the big picture they are looking at, but still surprised.

Dorsey/Reid take a QB, true to form. Going to be extremely interesting what happens with the 4 QBs. Could Daniel be the odd man out? Funny thing about Murray is that if he were in the draft last year, he would've been the guy I would've wanted the Chiefs to take if they were going to take a QB #1 overall. That's how poor the QB class was last season.

    I don't think its a wasted pick

YES this team hasn't had luck drafting a QB that doesn't mean you just give up. This team hasn't had luck winning in the playoffs should they just give up on that to? I don't understand the logic of we haven't done well drafting a QB so we shouldn't draft one anymore then I get it with the "rethread" QBs. I was high on Murray last year but he came back. VERY stoked to get him in round 5 IMO it's a freaking steal

Finally a good pick. I love the upside of murray!!! Great pick for a 5th rd. If he didn't get injured he'd been 2nd Rd end 1st st rd. He's come along fast.. I like it. The only pick in the whole Draft that made ant sense

Perhaps there's something they see in this young man that Reid can develop. IDK.

I heard the same thing when they drafted Stanzi three years ago. How'd that work out? If this new regime is going to take a QB, then next year would have been better to take a shot at one in round 1 or 2, as that way when they draft a higher rated QB prospect, then they'll get a better player if he pans out.
