Yes, if opposing QB's get too much time to throw, it's lights out.

And Eric Fisher showed he's got a lot of room for improvement, even if he did allow Smith to get hit just once.

That's true with just about any team, though. I think teams win about 70% pf the time when they are +1 or more and about 90% of the time when they are +2 or more in turnover margin, but the Chiefs are going to struggle when they are even in turnovers. With the "points of emphasis" this year the refs are making it very difficult for the Chiefs secondary. We need our front 7 to work harder at stripping the ball to force fumbles.
