I was discharged from active duty in Apr 1970. and the next year they were back in it. I got to see the longest game. DEC 1971. they lost of course and i was really ticked off. my only consolation was i saw it for free. didn't cost me a Penney

I was drafted in Apr 68 and got out Feb 76. I watched the 1971 longest game playoff loss to Miami also, you realize that was the last game at Municipal Stadium, I think that is what put the curse on us and I have hated the Fins since.

The damned fish are the one team I hate almost as much as the raiders.

Me to, they used to be my # two hated team but they have slipped to # 3 with Broncos moving to #2 and the Raiders staying at # 1.

Yeah.....That's about right. Though for me the damned fish and the donkeys are about tied for #2. Another year or two and the donks will be #2 for me. But right now that Christmas Day game still hurts. I was a young pup back then and it pretty much ruined Christmas for me. Damned fish.

One thing certain though......above all else I will always HATE the Raiders more than any other team.

I was stationed at Travis AFB CA still with a bunch of Cowboys fans and the Chiefs were always being put down because they were from the AFL and not as good a an NFL team. The Cowboys were America's team, I have lived in Dallas area since '79 and I can not stand the Cowboys to this day in fact they are my 4th most hated team behind Fins. I have only been to one Cowboy game and that was a preseason game
against the Chiefs.
