We're banking on Reid being able to take average players and turn them into impact players. Pending contract details I'm OK with that. Reid has done fairly well so far at getting the best out of players. Reid ain't perfect but he does seem to be pretty good at getting the very best out of players. Notable exception being Bowe and Fisher...but as far as I am concerned the jury is still out on Fisher.

Interesting this new Guard is more of a man/gap blocker he and Fulton are considered road graders. Seems like Chiefs are trying to overhaul the composition of the o-line.

I have a question if they go to all road grader type olinemen wouldnt they be not very good at pass blocking???
