Since nobody has started the official draft day thread, as of yet, I'll do it here.

Post your responses to the draft as it transpires here.

With 10 picks, this is a great opportunity for Dorsey/Reid to bring a stable of good football players to the Chiefs team. Let's get it done.

Watch this kids highlights on you tube! !!!!! Freakish fast and effortless! !! Just under 6'3" has vert. Un matched by wr's 2 inches taller.. I like it..

Conley looks like the guy who could step in for Maclin when he needs a breather. Almost identical body type and speed.

Fu nfl network dodnt even care about the chiefs. The announcer even cut them off cuz they werent even paying attention who was on the clock and didnt care.

One of the biggest issues with our WRs last year was their inability to run good routes and get off the line. He has trouble getting off of press coverage, but this group's ability to separate from defenders looks to be greatly improved overall. That should help Smith feel more comfortable throwing a bit further down the field.

Yeah, when he put up those combine numbers I thought he went from 7th/UDFA to 4th round territory. I heard he wasn't the greatest WR, but with that speed and size he should be able to help stretch the field. Hopefully he can learn our route tree quickly. If so, he can make our offense dangerous by opening space for Maclin, JC, and Kelce underneath.

Reid needs to give Avant a plane ticket to wherever this kid is tomorrow to teach him how to run our routes.
