    Default Official Draft Day Thread

Since nobody has started the official draft day thread, as of yet, I'll do it here.

Post your responses to the draft as it transpires here.

With 10 picks, this is a great opportunity for Dorsey/Reid to bring a stable of good football players to the Chiefs team. Let's get it done.

Go over here to follow the draft live if you wish:

6-0, 4.5 40 with a 37" vert. Looks like a possession receiver with some of the best hands in the draft. For the first time in what seems like an eternity, the Chiefs are going to have a legitimate WR group with a ton of competition from 2-5. If this guy works hard on his routes and acceleration, he could turn into a dependable target long-term.

I have no problem with any of these picks. I have a couple questions about Alexander, but other than that, I think this was the Chiefs best draft since the Albert/Charles draft. The pundits won't give us any great "grades" but it's only because they don't really understand the roster or the Chiefs methods.

I give this draft a preliminary solid A. Great value throughout the draft at positions of need without reaching for anything or forcing round pegs into square holes.

    Great job Chiefs.

Good solid draft with all picks making sense and addressing areas of need, without pushing any panic buttons. Nice work.

Good vid there, Dougster, of the Chiefs last pick and people should remember what I said earlier regarding Antonio Brown.

I thought Howard and worthy are DEs.

    They are. They aren't NT's.

Thought it was a good draft, too. We double dipped in three spots actually (cb, wr & lb) can't recall that ever happening before in a Chiefs draft. We still have UDFA in play, we might find some more depth there, as well.
