Careful now. If you are a student of history, then you know that the worm can turn very quickly in the Chiefs-Raiders series. None of us in the know were poking fun at the Raiders when they came into Arrowhead from 2007 -- 2012 and came away victorious six straight times.

Things have changed over the years, and the Raiders are not the hated rival that they once were (at least, not for me, personally). There have been no major controversies in the games with the Raiders over the past few decades (at least none that I can remember). That can't be said for the Donkeys and they are the primary hated rival, as of now.

With all due respect Demps....Since I came to Chiefscrowd my hatred for the Donkeys has increased, but I still hate the raiders more than any other team and not far behind them are those damned fish from Miami. Those scum wrecked my Christmas day many years ago and I hate them with a burning passion. For me the donkeys are #3 most hated team. I suspect that will remain until I take the big dirt nap.

But y'know donkeys come and go and they are on their way out. Proper equilibrium will soon return to the AFC West. Soon the Chiefs and Raiders will OWN the AFC West.

This is in all reality the most meaningless game of the year. But in some ways the most exciting.

Getting out healthy is concern number 1. And I don't think it's a bad thing to look like a football team during the game. Not what we have seen in some preseasons the past few years. I would still LOVE to win. But that is not the big concern for tonight




But I still would like a win! Them all! (just though I would add that for you, your welcome, TS)

Damned right we should win the game.....if we can do it without overly endangering and of our starters.
