Love the smell of pigskin in the morning. I've had enough of the stinkin' sport with the stick. Time for some football!

I always dread the injuries in the last pre season game, where most roster spots are locked up. We lost Marc Boerighter in that scenario years ago. He was never the same after his knee exploded

OK, this shall be the official game day thread.

BTW, I just watched the Raiders game via my NFL Game Pass subscription. What I saw from Derek Carr on his first two series is exactly what we DON'T want to see from Alex Smith (or any Chiefs QB). On the first series, down in the red zone, Carr threw an ill-advised deep pass on a 3rd-and-2, that got batted away (priority #1 for any QB in that situation is to pick up that first down). On the 2nd series, down in the red zone, Carr threw another ill-advised pass into double-coverage that got picked off the end zone.

It is so deemed! I know it's only the first game of the Preseason, but I am so ready to watch some Chiefs football. BTW What you saw out of Carr is exactly what every Chiefs fan wants to see out of him.

I'll be more specific. This is what we want Carr to do in the games against KC. This is NOT what we want Carr to do against the Donkeys.

So, last year while trying to record the Biggest Looser the DVR kept recording the Raiders games.

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?
