It's hard to get too excited by a beatdown over a (now) 1-7 team, but when you couple this performance with last week's win over the Steelers, It at least gives you some optimism for the future. Chiefs are gonna need this bye week because the have some tough games coming up in the near future.

Scouting Report from the Kansas City Star:

With star linebacker DeAndre Levy sitting out due to an injury, defensive end Ziggy Ansah (6-5, 279) might be their best defensive player. He is athletic, strong and adept at getting to the quarterback (21 1/2 sacks in 37 career games). He was taken four picks after the Chiefs selected Eric Fisher No. 1 overall in 2013. Their matchup Sunday will be a fun storyline.

I'll bet that turd, Paylor, doesn't say anything about Fisher, because I'll bet he was hoping Fisher would struggle, so that he could call Fisher a bust.

Like I said last week, that win against Pittsburgh was getting their hearts back together. It carried over to this week.
