NYG @ MIA - NYG - The Dolphins are out of water. Ronnie Brown being lost for the season is a fatal blow to a team already devastated by injury. They traded their top receiver for picks because they know the fork has been stuck in them. The Giants are again among the top contenders in the NFC. Plaxico Burress has been a madman on the field every week without participating in practice due to an ankle injury. He has 8 TD's so far this season and Eli Manning is not having any trouble finding him.

OAK @ TEN - TEN - Oakland is going to play a tough team on the road after a hard loss to the Chiefs. The Titan's defense is ranked first against the run and the faders are ranked 29th in the pass.

PHI @ MIN - PHI - The Vikings are last in the league on pass defense. This is just the kind of game McNabb needs.

CLE @ STL - STL - They gotta win one eventually... Right? The Rams are in the middle of the pack in defense for totaly yards allowed while the Browns are dead last. If St. Louis harbors any hope of winning, they need to try to close that very extensive gap on offense between them (30th) and the Browns (7th). I know, I'm crazy for this one...

DET @ CHI - DET - The Lions just keep getting it done. I always pick against them and they bite me for it.

IND @ CAR - IND - The Colts were so impressive against the Jaguars that they have definately established themselves to be solidly in first place of the AFC South after already winning all 3 of their divisional road games. They have also made case and point to be regarded as one of the two best teams in the NFL. If Peyton had the gawdy numbers that Brady is currently putting up, everybody would be talking about the Colts instead.

PIT @ CIN - PIT - Chad Johnson hasn't been in practice. The Bengals look like they are unraveling fast. They need this game more than the Steelers but thanks to the donkeys, Pittsburgh is now in gut-check-time as well to try and prove themselves a force in the AFC.

JAC @ TB - TB - Gurrard out kills the Jags in this game. Garcia and Gurrard would have made a nice match-up but Gray showed how neccessary to the team Gurrard is after last week. Jacksonville had better hope he comes back soon.

BUF @ NYJ - BUF - They almost beat the Cowbowys. They beat the Ravens last week. The Jets are still lousy last time I checked.

HOU @ SD - HOU - Houston realises now that they are going to have to get a wild card if anything so they are going to be fired up no matter what. They put up 36 points last week and Sage Rosenfels went crazy for 4 TD's.

NO @ SF - NO - Niners are last in the league offensively... Ouch.

WAS @ NE - NE - As good as Washington is, Tom Brady has had only the best crafters and enchanters make his magical football armor (offensive line) for him. 27 TD's and all the time in the world... Wow.

GB @ DEN - GB - Last in rushing (GB) against last in rushing defense (DEN). 2nd in passing (GB) versus 2nd in pass defense(DEN). This should be interesting. I think the Packers will find just enough of a rushing game against the donkeys to keep Farve comfortable to pick up those third downs.
Thanks for all the yards, TDs, and memories, Priest!

    NYG @ MIA Giants.

    OAK @ TEN Titans.

    PHI @ MIN Minnesota.

    CLE @ STL Rams.

    DET @ CHI Bears.

    IND @ CAR Colts.

    PIT @ CIN Steelers.

    JAC @ TB Jags.

    BUF @ NYJ Jets.

HOU @ SD Chargers. They are the better team.

NO @ SF Picking against the Niners has worked well for me so far... Saints.

    WAS @ NE Pats. Easy.

GB @ Den Doncos. Hope not, but I think so.

NYG @ MIA NYG...both teams are on a roll, just opposite directions.
OAK @ TEN TEN...running game is good, defense is good, and Faiders SUCK
PHI @ MIN MIN...AP should run on Philly all day long
    CLE @ STL CLE...STL goes to 0-8
DET @ CHI DET...upset pick of the week
IND @ CAR IND...Manning and company cruise
PIT @ CIN CIN...Steelers are good, but beatable on the road
JAC @ TB TB...JAC will struggle without Garrard
    BUF @ NYJ Jets...Flipped a coin
HOU @ SD SD...sorry guys, but Houston without AJ doesn't have the passing game to exploit SD's secondary
NO @ SF SF...one of these weeks I have to be right
WAS @ NE NE...sets up a dynamite matchup next week with Indy
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
The 49ers own my heart, but the Chiefs will always hold a better than neutral spot for giving my favorite player a place to leave with grace...

I have read your picks and agree with almost all of them...

I will let you know which ones I disagree with after the weekend.

So when I drill them all, you concede that you missed 2 or 3...

I have been unable to do this.

How many persons can pull off a perfect betting weekend?

I'm the same way; if it doesn't involve the Chiefs I really am at a loss.
