Just how important is the game against the Bills?
To put it simply I think this game is MONUMENTAL.
Yes, we have put together a very nice 4 game winning streak, clawed our way back into playoff contention and we currently hold the last wildcard berth. And yes, we have done it in FINE STYLE including making both the donks and Chargers squeal like pigs in their own house!
But let's face facts. To be pretty much assured a playoff berth we need to go 10-6. That means we can only afford to drop one more game the entire season.
Sure...on paper the rest of our schedule looks fairly easy. But let's not kid ourselves. We have to play the damned Raiders twice and I don't care what their record is, anybody that thinks 2 games against the Raiders are 2 sure wins IS JUST PLAIN CRAZY! And we have another game against the Chargers. We HUMILIATED THEN IN THEIR OWN HOUSE!!! I fully expect they will be out for blood in our rematch. Browns and Ravens...yeah their record says we should blow them away, but "Any Given Sunday" still applies.
If we lose this game we will have to win out to have any assurance of a playoff berth. And with 3 division games left I DON'T LIKE THAT MATH.
SO YEAH...THIS ONE IS A MUST WIN!!!
