Excellent. Now the Donks won't be able to rest their starters.

This space is reserved for something that has nothing whatsoever to do with MatthewsChiefs. (Whoever THAT is!)

Good point! This does force them to go all out.

Does anyone have the link to this? What does this have to do with the Broncos resting their starters?

NFL changes Raiders-Chiefs game time to match up with Broncos game

The Kansas City Chiefs final regular season game of the year has been flexed back to the late afternoon time slot.

The game was previously scheduled for 12 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) but was moved back so that they play at the same time as the Denver Broncos.

The AFC West is still up for grabs so the NFL wanted both the Chiefs and Broncos to play at the same time so neither side would be able to gain an advantage and potentially rest starters. For example, if the Chiefs played the early game and lost then the Broncos would win the AFC West and have no need to play for anything on Sunday afternoon. Playing the games at the same time is the NFL's way of ensuring that we will see two games that matter.

The most likely path for the Chiefs to win the AFC West would be winning in Week 17 while seeing the Broncos lose to either the Bengals on Monday Night Football this week or against the Chargers next week.

Drama in the AFC West coming to a stadium near you!

    This is the right desicion

Andy Reid says the #Chiefs will prep themselves to play the Raiders. Does not care about all the playoff scenarios.

CBS, I believe will be carrying both games, so one would need two different CBS feeds from different parts of the country to flip back and forth between the two games.
