I guess that depends on what state/country you live in. Marijuana charges in most states would be considered "drug" charges. I personally can't comment on its side affects, etc to argue whether it is a drug or not, however the following websites both government and scientific would refer to it as a drug

    http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/a...alcohol?page=4
Other medicines or drugs. A person who drinks alcohol and takes certain medicines, such as antihistamines or sedatives (tranquilizers), may feel more of the effects of alcohol. Also, a person who uses other drugs, such as marijuana, will feel the effects of both drugs more than if the drugs were used separately.

    That is a crock!

If you drink when you are hi, you lose your hi.

Why waste good smoke, by getting drunk?

I think that is ridiculous. Doing jail time for weed...having a criminal record for weed. In Canada they only give you a ticket (if the cop cares enough to write it) They only go after the big dealers and growers around here.

I remember Canada was trying to de-criminalize marijuana, altogether, but the US government got involved and talked them out of it.

The entire situation is a joke. God giveth, and Uncle Sam taketh it away.

But let's not forget we live in the "Free World".

I (Canada) have decriminalized marijuana. You may have up to one ounce without being charged criminally. And you guys make fun cause I live in Canada!!
