Makes since. He is basically the 4th RB with three starting caliber running back in front of him.

If he would learn to catch the ball better he would definitely be a hot commodity even still i think he could still start for alot of teams. He just doesnt fit rieds system. I would say ball control butalotof backs fumble including charles and adrian peterson.

Not as if we didn't know this was coming. West and Ware really stepped up last year and with JC coming back Davis was going to be strictly a Special Teams guy. He wants more than that. I do have to give this to him..he didn't whine or complain last year when he was relegated to ST. So he is a good guy IMO...there just isn't a place for him on the team.

One thing you can't take away from him. He surely started the Wildcard game off with a BANG! Thanks for the memories Knile.

Agreed. It shouldn't be a surprise given how little playing time he was given last year.

What will suck is if we see him coming back at us wearing a Broncos or Raiders jersey.
