we only moved back 9 piks, yes it would have been ideal to get a 3rd instead of the 4th and 6th. i bet they thought vernon butler would have been there at 37... oh well that didn't work out. at this point i would still trust dorsey to kno what he's doin...as for the 49rs they gave up a lot to get a player that would have been there till late 2nd or even into the 3rd

All the good cb's and wr's were off the board. Dorsey didn't have much left to work with.

CB Mckenzie Alexander is still around and many others, the first round was more plunder than I thought it would be, I thought a little meat would still be on the bone but not even that

So the trade spared us first round money, and we now have 2 picks in round 2 of the draft. Plus additional picks?

Yes two 2nd rounds, two 4th rounds, two 5th rounds, two 6th round and a 7th

the chiefs are not drafting for starters... thats what playoff teams are... better set than most.

I think there are a couple of spots that need starters. Who's going to play CB2?

That being said I like the move. There are A LOT of good players left in the field. The Chiefs still get very good value with those picks

Denver moved up about the same amount of spots from the end of 1st round and got a 3rd round pick and we trade out of the 1st round totally. But both moved same number of spots and we get a louay 4th and 6th round. Dorsey sucks when ot comes to the draft and making deals. Not only donkies get their qb they show us how much dorsey sucks at making deals when he should have gotten a 3rd at the least. Amd he said he wqs happy wth bis deal. Hes so full of it.

Broncos moved 5 spots up in 1st round and gwve up a 3rd rounder. Chiefs mlve back 7 spots out of the 1st round and lose a 7th rounder for a 4th rounder and a 6th.

How is that a good deal? 4oers just played dorsey. What a joke.
