We simply got beat. Once again the offense sinks us. Butter finger receivers, weak O-line & fair play (@ best) from Alex. Life as a Chief. I look back @ all the games in 2016 I cheered & cried for to lose a flat/weak "should have been" playoff game. It's done & I'm moving on.

One thing I want to point out & it's been the Chiefs achilles heel for years & years now. 3rd down defense! We simply don't stop teams on 3rd downs. It's almost comical. Also that Eric Fisher hold on the 2-point conversion....He simply got beat. If he didn't hold, Alex would have been sacked. Complete buzz-kill of a game.

Just to make this clear and all. Alex Smith was not the problem. He maybe had one bad throw all night and it wasnt really a bad throw. It was just the wr and dmith on different page where he through it to maclin back shoulder unstead of out in front. To me it was reids playcalling and being way to conservative until way late in the game. No hurry up or anything to try and get steelers on their heels. When you play conservative to it doesnt let your qb get jn rythym and it kinda bogs the offense down. I put this all in andy reid and of course he wont hold himself acountable and replace himself like any player would if he fails time after time. So bad play calling , dropped balls, and holding at the end and then the no call on defense pass interference against kelce.

I dont mind the refs letting them play and not being flag happy but dont decide to do it at a crucial time then your just dictating the game. Even if he didnt hold we still would have gotten the 2 points. Smith would just been decked right after he threw it. But if harrison didnt slip and fall or fake it it wouldnt have been called. Only reason i think they called it cuz he fell.
