    Cheese Fondue

    1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tblsp of pepper
    1 tblsp of garlic pepper
    1 Garlic clove
    1 bottle, Light Ale Beer... rolling rock works good

    blend dry ingredients with cheese. Rub garlic on bottom of pot, add beer and bring to simmer.... stir in cheese and then beat the cheese
