Alex and Patrick seem to have a very good relationship. I noticed that at practice too.

They would have to make a lot of room on ST

I had to work & didn't get to watch the game. I saw the Mahomes highlights, and if tonight was any precedent, the Chiefs finally struck gold with a drafted QB. Mahomes showed the poise of a 10-year vet & picked the Bengals apart with the short passing game.

The Chiefs game will be rebroadcast today (Sunday) at 9:00 CT on NFL Network, for those that missed it or want to see it again. It will probably be the Bengals feed, but better than nothing.

Bray looked good as well until he got behind the 3rd string oline which was butter. Im not worried at all if bray was #2. We know he knows the offense better. If mahomes had to play our playbook would be limited with not being in this system.

As soon as I get a chance to try it I'll be all over it if it works on my old machine. But last night was NUTS at work. 3pm to almost 1am in a 120 degree kitchen. Getting to old for this "stuff".

That is EXCELLENT NEWS! Mahomes could really be something special but he needs an injection a little bit of Alex's caution. Not a lot. Just a little.

We're actually becoming "a victim of our own success". We have a lot of backups that would be starters in more than half of the other NFL teams. That makes roster cuts much more difficult.

Y'know Demps....You have MANY TIMES brought up the fact that the Chiefs have never drafted and developed a truly great QB. Of course it's far too early to say we finally have, but as we all know this is a "passing-driven" league and based on very early returns I think it is reasonable to say that we may, just maybe have ended that drought. Just the idea that we may, just possibly have our QB for the next 15-20 years is hard to wrap my mind around.
