Default Another player that won't be back.

We all know we need cap space. Dustin Colquitt at age 35 has played out his contract. Last year he made $4.9 million. Unless he wants to sign a 1-2 year deal in the $2 million range I don't think he will be back.

Agreed. You might add Bennie Logan to that list, also. He will command more than the Chiefs will be able to, or want to, give him.

Agreed. He made $7.9 million on a 1 year deal last year and he'll be wanting as much or more this year. Sadly his departure won't give us any extra cap space or any draft picks.

35 is not old for a punter, but he made $4.9 million this year (which is A LOT for a punter) and for us to keep him he'll probably want 3-4 years at higher money. So I suspect we'll let him go in free agency.

I beleive we will resign colquit to a 4 year deal. 35 isnt old for a punter and he is a weapon for our defense. If we so move on i want another left footed punter.

If we don't bring back Colquitt I think we should draft Michael Dickson Punter University of Texas he is the best in the draft and in the Texas Bowl he downed 10 of 11 punts inside the 20 yard line
